useful deskgood valuesafety hazard
i had a desk in the room, useful. the surroundings on rue de rome were not exciting, but crossing the train tracks led to many restaurants. le p'tit musset, a nearby hotel, offered good value.
the power socket in the bathroom was not properly installed. it fell out of the wall, posing a safety hazard. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the room featured a wardrobe. air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature. charging ports were conveniently located on each bedside. a mirror was available.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to St Lazare station, a notable benefit. My upgraded superior room was quite decent in size and clean with a daily cleaning service. Breakfast had many tasty options. Alternative cafes are also close by. The hotel offered easy commutes via bus and train, a central feature for access to attractions.
I noticed that the mattress seemed to sag a bit. A topper was placed, but it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The water drain in the shower was also a little slow.

The breakfast pastries presented were fresh and quite delicious, a lovely start to each day. Many alternative breakfast options exist within a short walk, less than five minutes, giving great flexibility.

i liked the free hot drinks and sweets available in the waiting area. the room was quite lovely. the staff was also attentive .
the hotel website mentioned air conditioning. however, the rooms did not have it. they provided a tiny fan instead. this was a known issue. it seems they did not inform guests before or during check-in about this situation.

The location is very convenient. I found easy access to both Orly Airport and Gare du Nord. The bathroom in my room was spacious, more larger than a normal bedroom. The honesty bar also had good choices.
The street surrounding the area were not fun.
