i really liked the helpful staff. they answered all my questions. the room was cleaned daily (that's a big plus!). baggage storage is available. i felt safe in the hotel and neighborhood (very important for me).
the toilet flush was a bit temperamental, but honestly, it was a minor issue.

The location is quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
The mattress was subpar. It seemed like two single beds pushed together and resulted in a poor night's sleep. The sheets had an unpleasant smell and the pillows felt cheap, causing neck pain. I also noticed some hair on the pillows and dirty grout in the bathroom.

The location was good for getting around the city center.
The room had a distinct smell, a mildewy type. I tried to fix it by opening the windows, but it didn't help a lot. On my last day, the bathroom roof started leaking, there was water leaking everywhere, so I had to use towels to contain it. It ruined the end of the trip.
