The reception staff were helpful. Housekeeping was also friendly. The setting of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was quite spacious with a magnificent bathroom, though the shower head is fixed, a shower cap would be useful. I appreciated the cleanliness.

The staff handled minor issues quickly. The restaurant personnel were lovely. Every request was met with a smile, and I felt genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, it was tasty, and very well presented. Breakfast offered an unbelievable choice with fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts available. Hot breakfast options were served directly at the table.

The room was spacious and included a fabulous bathroom. I loved the view of the lake. The room included bath robes and toiletries.

i had a good room service meal one evening. the breakfast was good and served quickly. parking was easy to find. the staff was efficient and friendly.
the hotel is starting to look dated, i think. the carpets seemed old.
