Fantastic Stay!
amazing steak huge bed helpful staff
The steak was amazing, cooked in garlic butter. I highly recommend trying it. I found a huge bath and equally huge bed . Staff members were helpful, and I found them very chatty. The steak nights have excellent value.
I found some areas show a need for updating. It impacted the overall experience.

The room was spacious, very clean, and warm. It included a great sized bath and a powerful hot shower that was excellent. I appreciated the enormous bed and slept very well.

The hotel has a great location that is very quiet. It is close to a lovely park with a lake that is perfect for a walk. I found the surroundings were relaxing and peaceful.

poor service vaping allowance
the room was spacious the bed was comfortable
I WAS NOT happy with the service. staff seemed to ignore a couple vaping. the staff then let youngsters into the room later and that ruined the night.

The reception staff were helpful. Housekeeping was also friendly. The setting of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was quite spacious with a magnificent bathroom, though the shower head is fixed, a shower cap would be useful. I appreciated the cleanliness.

The staff handled minor issues quickly. The restaurant personnel were lovely. Every request was met with a smile, and I felt genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, it was tasty, and very well presented. Breakfast offered an unbelievable choice with fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts available. Hot breakfast options were served directly at the table.

i had a good room service meal one evening. the breakfast was good and served quickly. parking was easy to find. the staff was efficient and friendly.
the hotel is starting to look dated, i think. the carpets seemed old.
