mixed feelings about the stay
rude staff poor hospitality
the food options at the restaurant were acceptable.
The staff was not very helpful, quite rude even. Cleanliness needs improvement. hospitality was poor in general. apply, twice. it was not the friendliest experience i have ever had! but the beautiful beach was close.

the location is superb. the hotel is situated directly on a beautiful beach with clear water. i found a small shop onsite, convenient for necessities.. there was also a massage area.
the room's lighting was very dim. the curtains did not block out much light. i found it hard to read in the evenings.

unpleasant staff limited breakfast
The hotel sits right on Long Beach. You can easily reach the town center by taxi boat from morning until midnight. That was acceptable.
I found the restaurant staff unpleasant. They seemed neither friendly nor smiling. I also noticed palpable tension within the team. It was a weird vibe. The breakfast buffet was seriously disappointing. There was barely anything besides jam and veggies.

perfect location flat area on-site restaurant massage services
i found the bungalows well located on long beach. the flatness of the area was a plus, eliminating climbs. amenities such as the restaurant, massage services, and mini-market were convenient, and it was easy to get to town by taxi boat. it operated from early morning until midnight, a very big plus.

the location provided direct beach access and the food was amazing!!! i appreciated the convenience of reaching the beach within steps from my room. the restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the staff were efficient. i found the pick-up service from the pier very convenient.
The room lighting could have been better. It was minimal.
