underwhelming stay overall

efficient staffpoor ventilationhazardous steps
the staff were efficient and breakfast was fine.
The room had a skylight but no proper window, so ventilation was poor and it got hot. the steps to the bathroom were hazardous. I nearly tripped because it needed a handrail, especially when the skylight blind was closed.
