The room was massive and included two double beds plus a sofa (perfect!). The quilts and pillows felt very soft. I really did not want to get out of bed.
The dining room was quite busy, so initially, they were hesitant to accommodate me for an evening meal.

the staff were very helpful. they made sure my requests were met promptly. the location was convenient for my early morning flight. it was easy to reach the airport from there.
the room was quite noisy at night. i could hear other guests talking loudly. the stairs needed some repair, as the carpet looked worn. i also noticed very limited parking.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. my room was clean and quite spacious, a family room. the location was convenient for the airport, and i appreciated the taxi service they helped arrange..
The window in my room could use replacing. I could hear traffic from outside, though it was not excessive.

the staff were FABULOUS at the hotel. they made sure my room was available two hours early as i was heading to a wedding. they helped arrange a taxi to the wedding venue and even giving me a lift to the nearby train station the next day.
the room was a bit crowded FOR 4 people. i did not mind too much, as i only needed a one night stay after arriving late at the airport and continuing early the next day. no breakfast place AVAILABLE anywhere near on a sunday morning before 10 am.

The room had ample space. I also found the bed comfortable. The bar downstairs was easily accessible and well-stocked. Its location proved convenient for my journey. I had easy access to transportation.
