Fantastically Functional Find!

helpful staffamazing cakeconvenient dog wash
The staff helped us SO much, especially with directions to local trails. The Retreat offered AMAZING cake and coffee, which I enjoyed after hiking. My dog even loved the dog wash station. It helped us clean up after muddy walks!
The busy road nearby made the room slightly noisy, particularly early in the morning.

The room featured a comfy bed and a hot power shower, important after a long day outdoors. A minibar and coffee machine added convenience. The space was clean, spacious, and very functional.

Breakfast included fresh, varied options that exceeded my continental expectations. The restaurant provided top-class meals. Staff happily took my dinner order over the phone, having it ready upon my return from a busy day.

roadside noise and basic breakfast

good sized car parkroad noisebasic breakfast
the hotel was easy to find and the car park was a good size.
My room faced the main road (i guess i should have asked for one at the back). there was no air conditioning, so i had to open the window. the road noise was pretty bad, especially at night. breakfast was also pretty basic. I didn't see any eggs unless you wanted to boil one yourself.
