Wonderful experience at this hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection included warm options and it was excellent. The valet service was reasonably priced considering its convenience. The shower pressure was perfect for a comfortable experience.
The room lacked a thermostat to adjust the temperature. The phone in the room was not working, and the line was dead. This made it difficult to contact reception for assistance at night. The noise affected my ability to sleep.
