treacle bread poached eggs dated room weak wifi
The staff gave me a warm welcome. The breakfast offered homemade treacle bread. It tasted AMAZING!!! The poached eggs and avocado were also delicious.
The room was dated. The Wi-Fi did not reach the room. This was annoying!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got an upgrade, a LOVELY surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and the shower had AMAZING hot water. The bed was comfy.

The location is a quiet rural area. Good parking is available. This hotel provides an ideal stopover. I found this spot easily with sat nav, and it is only seven miles from the main road.

uncomfortable mattress strong odouriser
the restaurant provided superior quality food, and it was cooked to a very high standard.
the mattress springs could be felt throughout the night, and this made my sleep uneasy, also, the room smelled strongly of odouriser.

the staff were friendly at all times I visited the restaurant and the service was quick. the food tasted amazing it was lovely. the beer garden is excellent with decent options.

Underwhelming Room Condition
The staff seemed very friendly during my brief stay. It met my basic needs.
The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, a suite, and I noticed the chairs looked quite worn. The leather was peeling off the arms. It was quite noticeable.
