My room included all amenities , and it was very comfortable. The Chef prepared a delicious dinner , and the breakfast offered a varied selection. Calm outside enhanced my stay.
The shower did not have hot water , as the valve was broken.

EVERYTHING felt homely. The hosts are cute. Dave and Natasha are the kindest PEOPLE. The food tasted excellent.
the bathroom felt dated, and there weren't any mixer taps on the wash basin. I ALSO couldn't find a 24 hour reception.

The hosts were very cute and always helpful. My room was comfortable and included many amenities. The breakfast was great (especially the eggs benedict!). The location is picturesque in the heart of the Northumberland countryside.
The bathroom felt a little dated. It would benefit from some modern updates.

The shower had temperature fluctuations. It went from hot to cold without warning. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear conversations from the room next door. it impacted my sleep. the wi-fi signal was weak in my room. the lack of signal was a letdown
