I found the staff at this hotel to be lovely and they created a comfortable experience during my spa visit. The hotel's decor is first class and the general appearance is beautiful. I will definitely recommend this place and plan to book again soon.
The hotel updated parking directions the morning after I mentioned the issue.

The room had a powerful shower and it was hot. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. Breakfast provided many options from a food buffet and also a cold selection.
The pool was small so swimming any distance proved difficult

The room was clean. it had what i needed.
the service WAS slow. I waited a long time for my food at dinner, and then even longer for dessert. The spa felt a little neglected. the hot tub was foamy and several features were broken.
