i found a spacious desk suitable for laptop use in the room. location was convenient to the train station and riverside stadium. the staff were very friendly, THEY offered flavored water at reception. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
The room was not entirely noise proof. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room.

the room felt dated overall. it showed visible wear and tear. the windows weren't properly sealed. noise from outside was noticeable, even with double glazing.
