the rooms had a nespresso machine and a selection of teas. the bathroom included a heated towel rack and anti-fog mirror, which i appreciated. i found the zenology fig scented shampoos a great touch. the breakfast offered both a la carte options and a continental buffet.

i found the lighting in the public spaces a bit too bright, especially in the bar and corridors.

The hotel restaurant had a wide array of dining options, including vegetarian and vegan meals. i dined there a couple of times to sample different dishes. The atmosphere on saturday was cool. the background music was very nice.

noisy air conditioninghard pillow

I was REALLY disappointed with a few things. THE air conditioning unit in my premium king room Cathedral view was noisy and kept me awake. The pillow felt rock hard too. It flattened out so much that my ears started to hurt. it gave me a horrible nights sleep because OF this.
