spacious rooms included robe adequate equipment simple parking
I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. The included robe and slippers were a nice touch. The fitness center featured adequate equipment, and the parking was simple. I was impressed by the hotel's value.
The corridors did have a slightly musty smell.

fantastic stay
grand rooms efficient check-in comfortable bed wonderful shower
the hotel boasts grand rooms with lovely decor. check-in was efficient, and i remembered to log my car. room 311 offered all necessities, it was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a wonderful shower.
the restaurant was a bit cold at times and i needed a jacket, even indoors.

staff was friendly and helpful when i checked in. they did their best to meet requests i did have. everyone looked professional and keen to assist with directions. the service.

non-functional tv high cost
My tv didn't work . I told the staff, but nothing happened. i expected more considering how much the room cost, it wasn't good enough at all.

lovely stay in a historical building
nespresso machine tea selection heated towel rack buffet selection
the rooms had a nespresso machine and a selection of teas. the bathroom included a heated towel rack and anti-fog mirror, which i appreciated. i found the zenology fig scented shampoos a great touch. the breakfast offered both a la carte options and a continental buffet.
i found the lighting in the public spaces a bit too bright, especially in the bar and corridors.

The hotel restaurant had a wide array of dining options, including vegetarian and vegan meals. i dined there a couple of times to sample different dishes. The atmosphere on saturday was cool. the background music was very nice.

the rooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds. convenient switches and plugs are located next to the bedside tables. the hotel's fragrance upon entry was a nice detail and gave a fresh sensation. the room had a smart tv.

mixed feelings ABOUT THIS stay
noisy air conditioning hard pillow
I was REALLY disappointed with a few things. THE air conditioning unit in my premium king room Cathedral view was noisy and kept me awake. The pillow felt rock hard too. It flattened out so much that my ears started to hurt. it gave me a horrible nights sleep because OF this.
