the room was clean upon my arrival.
the television in the room malfunctioned throughout the night. it kept turning on every 30 to 40 minutes. breakfast service was also slow, it took a while before anyone took my order.

i found the location quite good. it is near york but in a wooded area. the gardens are beautiful and maintained with care. i will book it again for future visits.
this was very disappointing for my break. the restaurant style felt dark. Breakfast was like eating in a dark nightclub! i think breakfast needs a lighter room.

The room was spacious and had good views of the grounds. It was also very quiet.
The absence of a mini fridge in the room was an oversight. The lack of a booklet detailing hotel information was also notable. I had no clue about available facilities. Breakfast times also went unmentioned.
