a reasonable stay

friendly staff clean room air conditioning blocked sink worms unhelpful receptionist
The staff were friendly. the location is near the vatican. It was a short walk. the room was clean and had good air-conditioning.
The shower sink was blocked! the water was not going down after a short time. small worms were coming up through the sink hole. It was a disgusting experience. the receptionist admitted they knew about this problem, but they did not do anything.

mixed feelings About the Stay

minimal counter space small mini-bar
I found a couple things frustrating. The mini-bar was ridiculously small. It barely held five bottles, a MAJOR inconvenience. the counter space in both the room and bathroom was minimal. It felt cramped. these things detracted from what could have been a more convenient stay. I was annoyed.

Handy location near vatican

easy access helpful staff
The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and transport links. I found a supermarket just a minute away and the train station was about three minutes away. I also appreciated the spacious and clean room. The staff were helpful. They gave me a map with tips for local dining.
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. I also missed having a terrace attached to my room. The metro was a bit distant.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast included scrambled eggs nevertheless the choice was somehow limited. The juices seemed artificial and less appealing to begin the day. I noticed the area felt more like a cafeteria.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel featured a gated entry. It required swiping a keycard for access. A slight uphill walk led to reception adding a bit of effort. I noticed the absence of clear information about the gated facility.
Rooms
8/10
The room lacked much decor and looked quite plain. I noted the small fridge size. It felt almost useless. There was no proper hanging space to store clothes during my short stay.
Service
8/10
The reception staff offered a map highlighting tourist destinations which i appreciated. They also gave restaurant recommendations which i found helpful. However the hotel was overrated given my overall experience.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near vatican approximately a ten minute walk from it. Getting to other areas proved difficult due to its location. The neighborhood had a quiet and somewhat uneventful character.

Location

The hotel's location is near vatican city. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to st peter's square. it's also close to a bus stop, a convenient way to get to the city center. the hotel is in a secure, gated area, providing peace of mind.
