unfriendly service dirty cup
The location was excellent. It's just a short walk to the Blue Mosque.
The service was NOT very friendly. I asked for another pillow, but it never arrived. The room service did not remove a used coffee cup. They just put the dirty cup back on the shelf. These are minor issues, but good service is different!

The location was excellent for accessing main attractions. It was also easy to reach the tram line. The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Breakfast offered a good variety of food options.
The room was quite small, uncomfortable. I booked this accommodation partly because the photos showed a pool. There was no pool available, so I was dissapointed. Spa services also required an additional fee.

great location rooftop restaurant amazing view broken air conditioning high temperature unusable room
the location of this hotel is wonderful. i was within easy walking distance of many important sites. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing views (especially during breakfast).
the air conditioning did not function properly . i reported the issue and received another room only at the end. this made sleeping difficult given the high temperature. i found the room quite unusable.

great location fine views relaxing experience helpful staff
The location provided easy access to major attractions, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooftop restaurant offered fine views of the city skyline. The spa facilities offered a relaxing experience, particularly after a day of sightseeing! Staff members were helpful and attentive to our needs.
The room size felt somewhat smaller than expected, but this was a very minor issue given all the hotel's other great qualities.

Lovely Location, Excellent Hotel!
prime location fruit selection friendly staff
The proximity to major attractions was excellent. I walked to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia in minutes. Breakfast had a good selection, I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel sits in a great location near major attractions and tram stops. I could easily walk to the Blue Mosque and Hippodrome. The rooftop restaurant provided amazing views while I enjoyed breakfast. Staff members were polite and friendly.
