lovely stay

the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel provided free access to a nearby beach. it had a very peaceful atmosphere (i appreciated this a lot). i found a representative who helped me book tours, made exploring the area simple.
the internet was a bit slow at times.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially liked Mr Reda at the pool. He was always cheerful and professional. The hotel's design with towel arrangements added a special touch. The breakfast included a variety of fresh bakeries and great service from the chef.

I was impressed by the friendly staff. They worked with love and cheerful faces. the pool was super clear with great designs of shaping towels. the breakfast included all i needed and i especially liked the super fresh bakeries.

i found the staff very cute. they offered a full programme of activities, including yoga and pool games. the food was amazing. the pool and communal areas were well maintained. the location allows easy access to both the shopping center and the beach.
The receptionist tried to overcharge me at checkout. I had to carefully review the bill to correct it

a stay with notable drawbacks
faulty outletscigarette smell
i encountered some issues . the power outlets in the room did not hold plugs properly. it made charging devices difficult. also, the tv was on with a smell of cigarette smoke in the room when i returned one evening. i'm unsure how that happened since i didn't even use it.
