cold sandwich hard bread
the breakfast was not what i hoped for. the bacon sandwich seemed cold and the bread was hard. i asked for toast but it was barely warm and took a long time. also, the windows in the room did not open and it felt too warm inside.

Really good Stay in a Charming Location
lovely selection friendly staff spacious room perfect location
I found the breakfast offered a lovely selection of items, very tasty too. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly (a true asset to this hotel). The room I booked was spacious, a family room with plenty of space. The location proved perfect, situated right in the centre of town.
The car park is accessible via a narrow passageway. My car didn't fit through. I had to park elsewhere.

chipped paint firm bed
The bathroom felt a little outdated. I noticed some chipped paint near the shower. also, the traffic outside was louder than i expected (even with the windows closed). i think some thicker curtains would help block out the light and noise. the bed, although clean, wasn't as comfortable as i hoped it would be. it felt a bit too firm for my liking.

The room included charging facilities, a detail I found quite useful. I especially liked the comfortable bed. It was restful. On-site parking added convenience. The staff showed excellent service and were cute.
The stairs to the second floor were steep. I found them a bit difficult to navigate.

unsafe stairs small room
The breakfast selection was good.
The hotel seemed quite old. Climbing the stairs felt unsafe, especially considering the needs of elderly guests. The lack of adequate safety measures was concerning. The room itself was disappointingly small.
