Really good B&B Experience!

She ensured our room was perfect. Our room was spacious and clean. it featured an iron and a safe. I loved the complimentary Welsh cakes and the Welsh mini toiletries. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). Mick was so attentive and lovely.
The television had limited channels, but I honestly didn't watch it, so no problem.

The breakfast included large portions of cooked options and a wide selection of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola. They also offered Bucks Fizz, a really nice touch, showing amazing attention to detail.

The hotel features pleasant gardens and ample parking space arriving by car. The town centre is located under a mile from the hotel. This provides a peaceful setting without being too far from the amenities.

The parking was easily available on arrival. This was a nice bonus! i appreciated the friendly welcome. our room felt clean, and communication with the staff felt easy and direct. they even gave us a quick tour of the building and facilities, including the bar and breakfast room.
The noise from what i assumed was a generator near the room was distracting. It was noticeable especially at night. the tv picture was broken with no sound, so i couldn't watch anything. these issues affected the overall experience.

the beautiful double room included tea, coffee, and welsh mini toiletries. it was clean and spacious. plenty of bedding was available in the room.

the location was excellent. the b&b was a short, easy walk away from the town. it took just a three minute drive from town.

the location was reasonable to the town centre. taxi firms are available if walking is not an option.
the room looked smaller than a standard double. (i expected more space for the price.) the distance to town required a long walk back up a hill. parking in town was also unavailable.

The bath was very deep making it difficult for my partner to shower without assistance. the tv and wifi service were also quite poor. it felt more like a standard b and b given the limited amenities available compared to a true hotel. The price did not reflect this difference.

The bath was very deep. My partner isn't tall so she couldn't shower without help. The TV signal was really poor. The WiFi didn't work well either. It felt more like a B&B not a hotel because they didn't offer much.
