the staff were friendly. the bed was enormous and long enough for my tall husband! i found this so considerate.

i booked a family room, i received a double room with a sofa. it wasn't ideal because i had to wait for bedding before the sofa bed was ready. this took far too long, and it really frustrated me, especially with tired kids wanting to get to sleep.
