My experience was terrible with this hotel. I communicated my issues, but they did nothing. There was no compensation.

excellent stay with great digital features

the apartment suited our 4 night visit near the city center it was a short walk to the s bahn with trains going directly to the airport the luggage room was very useful on arrival and departure days allowing us to explore the city without any worries we received regular whatsapp messages. the bed was comfortable and the shower was warm.

the heating system did not function in the apartment when i arrived i reported it right away using whatsapp and despite promises and submitting the photos requested nobody came to fix the radiators during my three-day stay so i had to live in an apartment without proper heating during february
