The location provided convenient access to public transportation. I found the U-bahn station to be quite close. The room had a mini fridge. This was useful for keeping drinks cold. The shower pressure was strong. This was very refreshing.

I noticed the floors were not very clean . I spotted some dirt around the baseboards. Finding the entrances and exits was a bit confusing initially. It took me a moment to figure out the code system.

The location was very convenient, with a good Italian restaurant located just next door. My room was quite spacious and clean. I found free pastries and coffee available in the hall (a really nice touch).

The digital check-in process felt impersonal (I missed a human touch upon arrival).

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea and also bretzels in the morning. I found the digital check-in process easy to manage and understand. The proximity to the Uber Arena is great at about a 10-minute walk.

The location was great. It was within walking distance to many clubs and the east train station. i liked the restaurants nearby, there were also some nice ones close by. it was very easy to get to the city center too.

The digital aspects of the hotel were not great. it wasn't very cute to not have anyone greet me on arrival. the corridor door key pad stopped working. I got trapped in the stairwell.
