The staff communicated fast. They also was friendly and polite. The lobby had water and fresh fruit. The room included everything I needed and was comfortable.

The double bed was two singles. They kept coming apart. The air con wasnt great. The location was central but surrounding area was a bit bleak.

the staff was very friendly and helpful , especially when i asked for directions.

the shower leaked into the room every time i used it , even for short showers. this made the bathroom floor constantly wet and a little slippery.

I was quite disappointed to discover that the spa was closed for refurbishment . it felt misleading, as i specifically chose this accommodation for those facilities. additionally, the lack of an iron in the room was inconvenient. The borrowed one leaked and made the task more difficult.

I was surprised by the hotel's easy access to transportation and the city center. A short walk led to both bus and train stations. This made exploring convenient. the staff offered to store snacks and drinks, very helpful.

the hotel lacked lunch and snack facilities, which i found a bit inconvenient. i would have appreciated having those options available on-site. Finding a nearby convenience store required a short walk.

The room was huge and very clean. The toiletries were also lovely. The area seemed residential but a short walk got me to many attractions. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
