The car park included over sixty spaces, a great benefit. The room was clean. it was well stocked with essentials such as tea and extra pillows. Breakfast included a good selection, it had friendly staff present. The bathroom looked modern.

comfortable bedfree parkingfaulty wifibathroom faucet
the executive king room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. i enjoyed that there was free parking at the rear of the hotel (it made coming and going easy). breakfast was nice. the location was lovely, near the river.
the wifi did not work in our room. i had to keep trying. the bathroom faucet caused water to gush out, (i ended up a bit wet). i think a sign would help.

The breakfast offered a good choice of food and drinks. I especially liked the freshly prepared hot food. the room included a walk in shower, a great feature. staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the lighting was a bit dim! in certain areas of the room.

the hotel had a large carpark, it let us leave our car even after we checked out. shops, bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. the hotel is very close to the river, it allows for nice walks to nearby towns.
the member of staff i saw in the morning wasn't friendly, they barely looked up when i handed back my key card.

the reception staff were friendly and gave clear directions to local attractions. breakfast was made to order, fresh, hot food arrived quickly. i found staff responded promptly to requests.
