the staff were quite helpful, and the room was very clean.
The lifts were not working properly. only one of four lifts was operational. This caused significant delays, especially during peak hours. also, i found the lack of basic amenities, such as a coffee maker in the room, quite disappointing. premier inn provides such extras. It is a letdown for a hotel in this price range.

the location offers a quick walk to local restaurants , and the theatre is nearby. i was greeted with a smile and offered a glass of prosecco at reception. my room was clean and had a comfortable temperature , ensuring i slept well. i appreciated the easy access to the reception area from the multi story car park.
i wish laundry facilities were available on site .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely. I found my room very spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. The gym access was a big plus, and its proximity to the town center added to the hotel's appeal.
The TV system in the room had limited streaming capabilities. I was unable to cast from my devices.

the staff was friendly when i arrived. everything after that was also really good from the lovely room to breakfast. i wait to stay there again. the room space plus the location are good things.
i asked for a room away from the lifts but the first room given was right next to it so i had to change rooms. the whole experience was fine anyway.
