the location is superb, close to charles bridge. the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations. the breakfast offered a big variety of fresh foods.

the hotel charged a high price for a small bottle of water from the mini bar. this was unexpected. it felt unfair.

the location is great public transport is a short walk away it is around fifteen minutes to the city center. the staff at the front desk were amazing they provided excellent service. the room i had was very spacious and comfortable

our room lacked a window the configuration was motel-like facing an internal hallway. the inadequate curtain on the frosted glass door let in light all night it made sleeping difficult. there was no shampoo or conditioner only a multipurpose soap which did not work well on my hair

the room was clean. the furnishings looked new and were comfortable.

The room was windowless. this was unexpected. the door facing the hall had a frosted glass window with an inadequate curtain. Light came in from the hallway lights all night.
