breakfast variety amazing location small windows heating control

The breakfast variety was great, offering many choices. the location was amazing. It was only a couple of minutes to Karluv bridge. STAFF were very attentive, especially at the breakfast and lobby bar.

The room was small, with little attic windows. the sink was IN the room. There was no space for toiletries. i found the heating control ineffective. It was hard to regulate temperature.

fantastic stay. totally loved it

sunny courtyard friendly staff amazing location

The breakfast buffet included a great variety of options. i really liked eating in the sunny courtyard, it felt so nice. i found the staff super friendly and helpful. They were always available when i needed them. the hotel's location is amazing. it's within walking distance of major attractions.

helpful staff fresh food

the location is superb, close to charles bridge. the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations. the breakfast offered a big variety of fresh foods.

the hotel charged a high price for a small bottle of water from the mini bar. this was unexpected. it felt unfair.

great location excellent service spacious room windowless room inadequate curtain unsuitable soap

the location is great public transport is a short walk away it is around fifteen minutes to the city center. the staff at the front desk were amazing they provided excellent service. the room i had was very spacious and comfortable

our room lacked a window the configuration was motel-like facing an internal hallway. the inadequate curtain on the frosted glass door let in light all night it made sleeping difficult. there was no shampoo or conditioner only a multipurpose soap which did not work well on my hair

the room was clean. the furnishings looked new and were comfortable.

The room was windowless. this was unexpected. the door facing the hall had a frosted glass window with an inadequate curtain. Light came in from the hallway lights all night.
