mediocre stay WITH issues
acceptable locationweak air conditionerinadequate ventilation
the location WAS acceptable, BEING close TO transportation.
i encountered problems with the room's ventilation THE window could not be opened at all, causing stuffiness. the air conditioner operated WEAKLY, failing to cool the room sufficiently. this made sleeping difficult and detracted from THE overall experience

friendly staffclean roomfull parking
i loved how clean my room was with its decent size. the staff was also very friendly. i really appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly. the location, about a short walk from wenzelsplatz, was very convenient for me.
i noticed the parking in the shared lot was full. i ended up having to find street parking.

breakfast had a tasty selection of food. there were many options available and the area was clean! i liked how the setup allowed easy access to everything, and there were plenty of seats available.

The location is great! It is very close to the main train station. I found excellent cleaning service in my spacious room! The room had such a view!
