The room was clean and bigger than i was expecting! breakfast had a great good variety and everything tasted fresh. staff members were friendly and polite. i would stay again. It was a great hotel all round!!!
i found no fridge in the room. i honestly don't know if i knew that before. it would be useful, for sure.

mixed experience, some issues found
fluctuating temperaturedisruptive noise
The shower was a problem. the temperature wouldn't stay hot, it fluctuated a lot. also, i heard constant banging and knocking noises from 7am, very disruptive. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the noise was persistent though i could not tell where it originated from. the breakfast was only average, and there weren't many seats available.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the location is excellent for exploring. breakfast offered a good variety and fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the sparkling water. the room was large and comfortable. It.
the shower door needed some attention, i noticed it was slightly off the hinge, though it didn't really impact my stay.
