superior double room clean room kind staff
The location was amazing. Close to everything. i had a superior double room chiado view. It was very clean. the breakfast was a big plus. the staff were very kind!

air conditioning satellite channels bathroom hairdryer
The room featured air conditioning, ESSENTIAL. I also found a tv with satellite channels. There was A hairdryer provided in the bathroom.
The elevators WERE somewhat slow!

small room damaged door
The hotel's location is central near shops restaurants and transport it makes getting around easy.
The room was quite small and needed some maintenance the furniture seemed worn. The bathroom door was damaged it lacked shelves. I also missed having tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
