issues with service and amenities
rude manager poor service
I was frustrated. i expected more from the staff, particularly the reception. they seemed cold and made little effort to engage, even during repeated encounters. also, the minibar incident annoyed me. We were wrongly accused of opening bottles and charged without proper explanation.. this felt disrespectful and frankly, quite rude. it soured my overall experience.

I had a premium room. The room's location provided convenient access to the hotel facilities. The provided Rituals toiletries added a touch of luxury to the experience (I always love good toiletries!). The comfortable and spacious layout easily accommodated my needs .
The noise from the hallway occasionally disrupted my sleep, especially with the proximity to the elevators. I could hear other guests coming and going at various hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Nearby tourist attractions are easily accessible by foot, which i liked very much. i found the staff amazing and they kept the rooms clean. parking was available which was certainly desirable.
i noticed a minor issue, the gym had a very basic setup. the sauna and steam room weren't always open, even during scheduled hours.

The bedrooms feature a cool minimalist design with wooden floors in the living area. the beds were comfortable plus the extra single bed featured a proper mattress. bathrooms included all necessary toiletries. They are modern and spacious.

central location, great staff
central location friendly staff great bathroom
The location is very central. It is walkable to major hot spots! the staff were friendly. One bartender was particularly nice. facilities like the gym, sauna, steam room, and pool were available, though i only used some. the bathroom was great, and everything felt really clean.
i noticed some noise near the reception area. Water sounds were audible in the ceilings throughout the night, and there was also noise coming from outside the window. the room felt somewhat claustrophobic, which detracted slightly from the experience.

The breakfast restaurant was excellent. i found mr flavio, the manager, to be especially professional. He and his team worked hard.

The hotel had a pool and a sauna available to guests.
The staff did not seem very friendly. They did not make much effort to interact with guests (especially at the reception desk) even when I passed by frequently.
