central location, great staff

The location is very central. It is walkable to major hot spots! the staff were friendly. One bartender was particularly nice. facilities like the gym, sauna, steam room, and pool were available, though i only used some. the bathroom was great, and everything felt really clean.
i noticed some noise near the reception area. Water sounds were audible in the ceilings throughout the night, and there was also noise coming from outside the window. the room felt somewhat claustrophobic, which detracted slightly from the experience.

The breakfast restaurant was excellent. i found mr flavio, the manager, to be especially professional. He and his team worked hard.

The staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort. responsiveness to every request was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble! they handled everything with warmth and professionalism. the team.

The hotel had a pool and a sauna available to guests.
The staff did not seem very friendly. They did not make much effort to interact with guests (especially at the reception desk) even when I passed by frequently.
