surprisingly good stay
helpful staffclean roomrefillable water
the staff was helpful. THE room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. I found it easy to get to various city attractions. Plus, there was refillable water available, a super convenient touch. I appreciated the value for the money.
The walls were a little thin. I heard some noise from other guests, although it was minor.

The accommodations feature a twenty-four hour front desk. This ensures assistance is always available! shared bathrooms maintained cleanliness, offering convenience for all guests, as well as ease to get to the airport, which simplified travel logistics.

While there is no on-site restaurant, the hotel offers basic tea and coffee amenities. Although real coffee required an extra charge at the lobby's express machine. There are several supermarkets nearby offering diverse options for meals and snacks.

the staff at reception were friendly. the metro station is very near the hotel. i appreciate the mini-fridge, kettle, and complimentary tea in the room.
the street outside was busy, so it can be noisy at times.

Fantastic Stay Near the Metro
friendly staffclean roomconvenient location
The staff was super friendly. They were helpful with directions to the metro. The room was cleaned every day. I noticed many coffee places are within a short walk from the hotel. They are perfect for breakfast.
The toilets were a bit small.

The location was excellent because it was close to the green line metro station! The hotel had several transport links to the main attractions. I was very happy about this feature since it was very easy to move around the city.

The location was REALLY convenient, close to the metro. The staff, Miguel and Leonardo in particular, were helpful. The room was super clean and cozy. It had everything needed for my short stay. Security measures at night.
The towels provided were not very good quality. They seemed worn. This was a minor inconvenience, but better towels would be welcomed.

The reception is available 24 hours a day. Staff were friendly. The staff also stored my baggage after check-out since i had a late flight. They were helpful with storing an injection in their fridge too.
