i enjoyed the super clean room, it was very clean! the private parking was helpful, i parked with ease. the breakfast was great. staff were very friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
the air conditioning was not working, it was too hot to sleep.

the staff were professional and cute at reception, the bar and at breakfast. the staff provided good organisation. the hotel also offers private parking. a porter helped with my luggage up to the room.

The location was perfect, right on the lakefront. I enjoyed the convenient parking and the wonderful pool. The staff were friendly. They were always ready to help, and I appreciated their multilingual skills.
The shower head was set too low in my room. I had to crouch down quite a bit just to wash my hair. I hope they address this issue soon .

The reception service was helpful. They provided directions and recommendations. Breakfast featured attentive service. Staff ensured tables were cleared quickly. The parking service was also efficient. They parked my car promptly.
