The location was ideal (in the heart of everything!). I found the staff to be very helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.
I experienced noise from outside at night. It sometimes disrupted my sleep.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. The lakefront was a short walk. The train station access proved very convenient. The room had blackout shutters. I found them quite effective at blocking light.
The bathroom was small. This made movement a bit difficult.

My room felt more like a sauna. The air conditioning unit just blew hot air around. i reported it, but nothing changed, so i sweated through the nights.

the location was superb. the staff kindly checked if our train was impacted by a strike in milan, i appreciated that. the breakfast had plenty of varieties.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working efficiently. It was a little noisy.
