a dreamy respite in the heart of it all
helpful response really good location cozy heating
the staff were wonderfully accommodating i appreciated their quick and helpful responses to all my queries the location was really good i could easily reach nearby restaurants and shops from the hotel it was also a short walk from the train station my room had underfloor heating keeping it cozy and warm during my entire stay.
the walls seemed thin i could hear noises from other rooms it sometimes made it hard to fall asleep early.

the superior double or twin room had modern décor and the bathroom seemed recently renovated i enjoyed the view of the city rooftops from my fourth-floor window providing a unique perspective of the area.

The location was ideal (in the heart of everything!). I found the staff to be very helpful. The lift was very useful, especially being on a high floor. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.
I experienced noise from outside at night. It sometimes disrupted my sleep.

The hotel is near restaurants and shops. The location was walkable to the lake. my room was super clean, and very quiet. the staff provided good service.
i had a light that would not turn off, so i covered it with a towel.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. The lakefront was a short walk. The train station access proved very convenient. The room had blackout shutters. I found them quite effective at blocking light.
The bathroom was small. This made movement a bit difficult.

The breakfast was decent enough. It had pastries i could tolerate.
My room felt more like a sauna. The air conditioning unit just blew hot air around. i reported it, but nothing changed, so i sweated through the nights.

helpful staff good breakfast
the location was superb. the staff kindly checked if our train was impacted by a strike in milan, i appreciated that. the breakfast had plenty of varieties.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working efficiently. It was a little noisy.
