Excellent Stay, Slight Hiccup
menu variety maintained garden bird species comfortable lounger
I enjoyed the Oriental restaurant. The menu had a variety of choices. I tried several dishes and found each to be well-prepared. The grounds include well kept gardens. Various bird species live in this area. I saw black swans. The main pool featured comfortable loungers.
The air conditioning system seemed set to heating. I could not adjust it to cool the room. This made the room warmer than I prefered.

comfortable bed top quality sheet free bus tiny shower close toilet overwhelmed staff
i liked the comfortable beds. the sheets were top quality and soft. i had a nice terrace overlooking the mountains and the pool. the system of a free hotel bus leaves each night at 7.00. this.
the shower was tiny in the bathroom. the toilet was too close to the shower. the breakfast service was a letdown. the staff seemed overwhelmed and the buffet was not managed well.

the jellyfish tank captivated me it was a serene spectacle i won't forget the parrots added bursts of colour and liveliness to the already fine environment their playful antics were a constant source of joy

amazing botanico experience!
pool attendant fabric cushions
the staff were really good! nothing was too much trouble, the grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained. luxurious poolside teak loungers with thick cream fabric cushions are covered overnight and i noted they were being re-oiled one morning! there is a pool attendant handing out fluffy towels.
The oriental thai restaurant required trousers. We were told that shorts are not allowed! i had to buy trousers in the hotel shop and then we received a third rate meal!

I found the staff polite and very helpful. Every request was met with a smile! concierge services were prompt and efficient, and the bell service was especially cute upon arrival and departure.

the gardens were totally magical! i saw black swans, turtles, and koi carp! the outdoor pool had the comfiest sunbeds with endless fluffy towels! i had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!
The service wasn't quite what i expected from a top hotel! there weren't enough parking spaces for all the guests. It was tricky! the breakfast service wasn't quite 5-star. I was a bit disappointed.

The outdoor pool featured comfortable loungers (with plenty available!). I also appreciated the convenience of easy parking for my rental car. The breakfast buffet had a great choice, and it set me up well for the day.
The hotel is situated somewhat far from the sea.

spacious room clean room amazing breakfast buffet fine gardens small gym limited machines cold outdoor pool overwhelmed staff
The room was awesome. i had a beautiful double or twin room spa view. It was super clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet was also amazing. So much variety! the gardens around the hotel are fine. I loved walking around and taking pictures.
The gym was a bit small. it only had a few machines. I had to wait to use the treadmill! the outdoor pool was colder than expected. I wish it was heated a bit more! some of the staff seemed overwhelmed. It took a while to get their attention at times.
