limited buffet poor quality
I was a little disappointed. the breakfast buffet felt quite limited. it was spread across a small area. also, the quality of the products wasn't great, i thought. We only got one bottle of mineral water upon arrival? considering the price for a five-star hotel. i had expected a more varied and better-quality breakfast. plus, at least enough water to stay hydrated during the hot weather. it was a letdown.

Fantastic Stay
super clean room quiet pool
The room was super clean upon arrival. It included dressing gowns and slippers. Shampoo, hand wash, and hand cream were also provided. The pool area was very quiet. A lovely garden area surrounds the pool.
Water was only supplied to the room upon arrival. After that, I had to request it and pay 4 euros for 1 liter. This was like unnecessary penny pinching.

Staff members were first class and very friendly. They were constantly on hand if I needed anything at all. Pool service was excellent, with staff always available to assist guests with their needs.

Breakfast each morning was perfect. Food was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a great start to the day. Main dishes were cooked and served directly to the table. I found the food quality to be consistently high.

relaxing stay
really good service sunset room excellent food
The team provided really good service from arrival to departure. i contacted the hotel in advance for a sunset room. They secured it. florence surprised us with fizz and fruit for our anniversary. breakfast offered excellent food cooked to order. The staff was great. the calm pool provided shade and assistance with mobility issues. the valentines night meal was excellent..
the hotel charged for bottled water in the room after the initial bottle provided on arrival. i consider this penny-pinching for a five-star hotel. i think complimentary water should be provided throughout the stay. this small detail slightly detracted from the overall experience.
