i found the staff really friendly and helpful . the hotel's location is very convenient for getting around town since it is near several metro lines. my room included two connecting rooms and two bathrooms which was great for our family. the beds were so comfortable and ensured restful sleep.
i noticed some emails i sent before my stay did not receive a response via the chat function

I found the reception staff friendly. They were efficient. I appreciated the hotel's quiet, non-touristy neighborhood as it offered bakeries and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. I located two metro lines a short five-minute walk away, offering convenient access. The beds provided really good COMFORT.
I noticed limited storage space in the room. This meant I needed to keep clothes in suitcases for the duration of my stay. I found this arrangement less than ideal.

this hotel is nice, with staff being ever so attentive. i appreciate the garden where one can linger with a cup of coffee. breakfast included tasty pastries, which i relished.
my room lacked some storage. the main door needed a firm push to close properly. the coffee was not very good and the foam disappeared quickly.
