The staff were helpful. we liked the communal area. It allowed us to relax. the board games and table football added some amusement. rooms were clean.
The bed was not comfortable. i could feel the base through the mattress. My back was painful. my view was of A WALL. some instructions in english would be helpful.

The hotel is located conveniently, just a block from the main square. this made it easy to walk to many parts of the city. secure parking was available. I appreciated the convenience. the room included air conditioning, a welcome amenity! i found the internet service reliable .
the view from my room faced a wall, though i did not spend much time looking out the window.

the breakfast offered fresh orange juice alongside coffee and tea. a variety of breads were available. coffee was also available in the room, so i could have a coffee in the morning, at my own time.

The staff demonstrated efficiency and kindness . they made the atmosphere cute. i noted they were very helpful, even with guests who did not speak french fluently. This ensured a smooth stay.

Acceptable Stay with Mattress Issues
awful mattresspainful back
The bed was awful. I booked a three-night stay, but I left after only two nights. I had to find another place because the mattress was so bad. I could feel the bed frame through it, and my back was in pain the next day. Room 103 requires a new mattress ASAP.
