I stayed in a family room and was really surprised! it was very spacious with a cute living area space. The staff let us hang out in the common areas before check-in.

I stayed here before! the quality of the maintenance has declined. A light was broken. The usb port was broken. Toilets were dirty! taps were broken. Beds are not as clean anymore.

I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The common areas were very clean and well-kept, promoting a cute atmosphere. I appreciated the convenient location and I found it easy to access public transportation. I found the availability of charging ports and storage within the pods quite useful.

The kitchen tended to get quite busy during peak hours. I noticed limited availability of cooking equipment at times.
