the reception area had many settees in a large sitting area, super tasteful! dinner and breakfast were well catered for with attentive staff. my beautiful king room included comfortable beds and a large shower, so clean!!! the location is great, close to trains and trams, awesome.

i noticed some slight wear and tear on furniture, it showed its age.

the location was convenient, close to victoria market.

I stayed for six nights and the room was EXTREMELY dusty, possibly the dirtiest room i have ever seen. there was dust on the carpet, writing table, walls, and even curtains. No one seemed to clean it. the bed was two single beds pushed together, so i woke up with a sore back.
