The hotel is within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Tram stops are also very close to the building. I found the staff helpful in meeting my needs. I got a complimentary drink for foregoing housekeeping service it was a nice bonus.

the air conditioning didn't work, the room was too hot. i reported it to the staff, but nothing changed, it was still warm. there were also stains on the quilt, unacceptable.
