easy location helpful staff complimentary drink housekeeping service
The hotel is within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Tram stops are also very close to the building. I found the staff helpful in meeting my needs. I got a complimentary drink for foregoing housekeeping service it was a nice bonus.

Coffee is available. It is convenient and tastes great. The hotel bar offers complimentary sparkling and still water. This is a definite plus wanting a refreshing drink.

The hotel provides free drink vouchers when you skip room turn down. This is a nice little bonus for those not requiring daily service. The location allows for easy access to many city attractions.

the breakfast selection was decent. service was efficient and friendly.
the air conditioning didn't work, the room was too hot. i reported it to the staff, but nothing changed, it was still warm. there were also stains on the quilt, unacceptable.

The beds were very comfortable. I slept well each night. the room was also quite clean, it met my expectations. the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel's location provided easy access to local attractions.
the gym was a little small.

The hotel provided a convenient location near public transport. The Comfy room included effective soundproofing, which helped a lot. I found a Woolworths supermarket just behind the hotel, and that was great. Daily room service kept everything super clean.
