excellent location and themed room!
great location themed room castle view
I appreciated the hotel's great location near the metro. It was easy to visit many attractions. the room had a bon jovi theme with a castle view. It included a fridge with drinks and a coffee machine. i found everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast menu was the same each day. There could have been more variety.

my room was spacious and clean, offering an awesome view! the musical theme created a unique touch, and i noticed that the facilities were well kept.

the staff was very kind and helpful! they even offered free refreshments at the reception and quickly allowed me to store luggage before and after check-out, a lovely gesture.

drawer malfunction poor maintenance
The breakfast offered little variety. It was the same each day. A serious safety issue occurred in the room. One of the drawers fell apart when my wife opened it. The legs were broken. It looked they had been left that way. The hotel just removed the legs and left the drawer unusable the next day. I found the price-to-quality ratio disappointing.

balanced experience
spacious room public transport limited variety broken drawer
The room was spacious and well designed. i had views towards the castle. it was very close to public transport. Bus, tram and subway. this made the location perfect to see the area.
Breakfast lacked variety. it was exactly the same every day. i experienced a safety issue. One of the drawers fell when my wife opened it because the legs were broken. it was potentially dangerous.

amazing location double room
the location was amazing! i walked to the charles bridge with ease and found the tram to the castle nearby. i really enjoyed how clean my beautiful double room was and it was quite big!
