A Good Stay, Room and Service Excellence!

The room was spacious. It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The room included toiletries, a fridge, a vault, a locker, a cabinet, and a TV. It was also close to a metro station, about a 5-minute walk, and the bus station was across the street, about a 2-3 minute walk. I caught a bus to and from the airport there!!!

breakfast was very good. there was a wide variety of foods and drinks available. cleaners did an excellent job everyday and tea and coffee in the room got replenished. a little fridge in the room was a bonus.
the pillows ARE horrible so it can be hard to sleep.

The location was acceptable, near the bus station.
Breakfast selection was also very limited. I saw the same cakes served multiple days, so I question their freshness. The area around the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, especially at night.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room had good light and a comfy bed, which i really liked. i also appreciated the cleanliness, it was super clean throughout. the location was perfect, very close to the bus station.
The room was a bit smaller than i expected. Though it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel boasts a perfect location with the metro and bus stations a short walk away, offering convenient access! the international bus station is within a 3-minute walk, i think. the city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

The reception staff are friendly and respectful, they always try to assist you whenever you need them. i don't forget the ladies working at the restaurant. They helped me with breakfast. special thanks to elena and adil. They were professional and kind.

The breakfast products were excellent and fresh. There was a good variety to start my day! the swedish table breakfast was great! i really enjoyed the diverse selection available each morning, it was very nice.
