the location was central (it was close to main attractions). the staff at the reception were helpful with directions. my room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels each day.
the hairdryer in my room only worked for a few seconds at a time. i found the furnishings to be outdated. there was also a strange odor in the bathroom (i couldn't identify its source).

The staff was helpful. My room was cleaned daily, and coffee pods were restocked. The location allowed easy access to main attractions. I walked to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the staff was very helpful and the location was pretty good.
My room was quite disappointing. The fridge didn't work at all , a problem since it was hot. no water or tea was available either. the room felt more like a converted office than a proper hotel room.
