whatsapp communication arrival time air con black mold missing door soundproofed windows
they also checked my arrival and departure times. i asked for a kettle and they provided it immediately. air con worked very well!
the shower had black mold between the tiles. the shower was also missing a door. the windows were not soundproofed at all!

an okay stay
central location helpful staff fresh towels outdated furnishing strange odor faulty hairdryer
the location was central (it was close to main attractions). the staff at the reception were helpful with directions. my room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels each day.
the hairdryer in my room only worked for a few seconds at a time. i found the furnishings to be outdated. there was also a strange odor in the bathroom (i couldn't identify its source).

helpful staff daily cleaning easy access
The staff was helpful. My room was cleaned daily, and coffee pods were restocked. The location allowed easy access to main attractions. I walked to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

non-functioning fridge converted office
the staff was very helpful and the location was pretty good.
My room was quite disappointing. The fridge didn't work at all , a problem since it was hot. no water or tea was available either. the room felt more like a converted office than a proper hotel room.
