fantastic stay near termini!

the location was seriously prime i walked everywhere i needed to go. my room had a really great shower it was super clean. the breakfast area was bright and airy i loved starting my day there.

the breakfast was very good!! i especially loved the variety offered each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure interacting with them. its location is perfect, so close to everything i wanted to see!
The rooms felt quite small. I thought it was pretty tiny. the air conditioning unit was really noisy at night, it kept me awake for hours. there were not enough amenities in the bathroom, like decent shampoo or body cream.

the location was convenient. i found the proximity to the main rail station especially useful for airport connections. the staff were consistently lovely and helpful, offering assistance with any questions i had. the modern decor in the room was nice. fresh coffee at breakfast was also very enjoyable.
the walk from the pavement to the hotel entrance included several steps. this made managing my luggage a bit difficult upon arrival, though i adapted quickly. it could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues or lots of baggage.
