location, location, location. the room? meh.
central locationdisappointing view
the location was indeed quite central.
my room, the 'small double room canal view', was indeed small. also, the canal view was mostly of the building across the way. it did not quite live up to the hype, i tell you!

The location impressed me. It was perfect for exploring. The staff showed really good kindness and care! I found the provision of luggage assistance especially helpful, given the stairs. The offered breakfast had an excellent variety.
My room was quite small. This made moving around a bit difficult. The steep staircase posed a challenge, especially with luggage. I noticed the ventilation wasn't very effective, affecting the room's freshness.

this was my only stay and the hotel met my expectations. staff was warm and cute. the location is close to the heart of the city, museums, and i overlooked a canal. the hotel provided a comfortable experience overall.
the room was small like most of the rooms in the area, so space was limited. the double room was compact and included a tiny shower and toilet.

Staff members were helpful and assisted with luggage. I noticed they offered to carry bags up the stairs, especially useful given the building layout. the reception services were attentive. the responsiveness and support enhanced my stay.

My room had a canal view. It included amenities like a tassimo machine and coffee pods. the cleanliness was excellent, and the room was well-kept. I found the bed very comfortable. the decor added to the quaint, lovely atmosphere.

Breakfast was plentiful and inviting. i noticed that it included a good selection of items. the area was well kept and clean. This made the start to my day very good. i appreciated the attention to detail at breakfast.
