the room was great and has a nice view of the canal. the location is very central and good. i found the hotel easily accessible to many points of interest and transportation options.

i noticed the stairs were quite narrow and steep! it was a bit challenging with luggage.

central location quality linen

the location was ideal, very close to the central train station (it made travel so easy). i found the virtual check-in process helpful and straightforward. the room included a fridge and kettle, a good addition. i also appreciated the comfortable bed with quality linen and pillows.

the hotel lacked a lift, i had to carry my heavy luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. this was quite inconvenient after a long day of travel.

I found a couple of things disappointing. my 'cosy double room canal view' was on a high floor, accessible only by very steep stairs. It was quite a climb with luggage. also, the digital check-in, while efficient, felt impersonal. I missed having a human receptionist to ask questions and get local recommendations.

high ceilings ample toiletries central location

The grand room had high ceilings which were really amazing. lots of toiletries were provided in the bathroom include a toothbrush. the location is close to the center. Made getting around very easy.

The stairs are very steep. I noticed it after my long days.
