great location museum attraction early check-in

the location was great because i could easily walk to many areas. there were plenty of museum attractions nearby. i also appreciated the reasonably priced option for early check-in (it saved me a lot of hassle).

the walls were scuffed and could use some fresh paint.

Good Stay Near Vondelpark

quiet street helpful staff reasonable price

The location was lovely on a quiet street a short walk from the centre. Vondelpark was super close offering beautiful scenery. The staff members were always pleasant and helpful to all guests. Early check-in was reasonably priced.

I noticed black mold especially around the windows in the room. The photos online seemed quite deceiving, and it looked smaller in person.

a decent stay overall

great location comfortable bed poor wifi lacking refreshment

i really enjoyed the location it was great so many things were within a short walk even bike rentals. i especially liked that they had shower gel and hand soap plus the towels were a fine size and the bed was comfortable. there was also enough space for our things that was pretty handy and we only had to walk up one flight of stairs so that was awesome too

the room itself was lacking in its own utility for refreshments i found. there was no kettle or fridge which was a bummer though we had access to a shared coffee machine in the lobby but it wasn't accessible during breakfast sadly. the hotels wifi was also very poor i struggled to use it so i had to rely on my mobile data mostly

convenient location free drinks helpful staff weak wifi missing kettle missed cleaning

The location IS convenient. It is near many museums. The reception desk provided free hot drinks, a nice perk. Staff was present 24/7, a reassuring aspect.

The WiFi signal was weak and made internet calls difficult. I found the room lacked a kettle for in-room refreshments. Our room was not cleaned one day, despite our request.

broken shower head disruptive noise

the staff were helpful , assisting with directions and local recommendations.

the room i had was quite disappointing. the bathroom's shower head was broken . additionally , the noise from nearby rooms was disruptive , it made sleeping difficult.
