the location was central to everything, it proved quite useful. the bed was acceptable.
sound isolation was not adequate. i could hear noise from the street and other rooms, this disturbed my sleep and i find it unacceptable.

the staff was super helpful, specially cristian, he assisted with laundry! i found the central location amazing, everything was in walking distance. the room had great views and a nice vibe. the blackout curtains were effective for sleeping, which i greatly appreciated!
The refrigerator didn't work. I reported it, though it wasn't repaired .

Many local restaurants were nearby, offering varied cuisines within a short walk, which i found convenient. i tried several and found the quality consistently high. A big plus. there was a breakfast buffet with a limited but adequate choice.

the room included a kitchenette, very useful for preparing tea and breakfast, i appreciated having that option. the seating area had a tv with bbc channels. this provided a comfortable space to relax in the evenings after exploring, it was just great!

Laundry facilities were available in the basement. That was a definite plus for a longer stay. the front desk staff were polite and accommodating. They went out of their way to help. there was coffee in the room. A nespresso machine with coffee capsules.

The hotel's position in the centre made everything walkable, i really liked that. suggested attractions were very close by, easily reachable, it saved time and money. the hotel was also quiet. Despite its central placement.

The staff at the front desk proved helpful (they gave great local tips!). Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the convenience, and it really set me up for the day of exploring. The beds had comfortable mattresses.
The street noise was noticeable, particularly with the windows open. It was necessary to open the windows since there was no air conditioning available. I was on a low floor.

The hotel enjoys a very strategic location near various tourist attractions, meaning that getting around was easy. its proximity to key sites allowed for convenient access to cultural landmarks and experiences. I found it quite central.

The room was spacious and it was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. I had a seating area with comfy chairs where I could relax. The room included a televisionwith BBC channels.
