The hotel is in front of a tram stop. I found many food options nearby.
The room lacked air conditioning. Nobody warned me prior to arrival despite paying full price. I received no refund or bonus. There was no view from the room.

the location was acceptable.
the room reeked of stale smoke. the air conditioning barely functioned, leaving me to sweat through the nights. i did request a fan, but it sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff making sleep impossible.

the room faced a busy square. noise was a problem at night, even with the windows closed. the air conditioning was inadequate, especially considering i visited during warmer months (it was july).
