Wonderful Suite Stay!
clean suiteseparate loungecomfortable bed
The suite was clean and very well kept. It included a separate lounge area, great to relax after a day of exploring. The Juliette balcony offered fine views of the lake (I especially appreciated this feature). I found the bed comfortable, complete with high-quality bed linen.
The car park ISN'T near the hotel, so be prepared to leave your car where you can't see it.

Breakfast is available across the street. It's a limited menu but quite delicious. The breakfast includes items made to order and the staff is helpful if you have questions. I REALLY enjoyed the freshly made coffee.

the location was good for boat cruises and shops. it met expectations.
the car park wasn't near the hotel, i had to leave my car where i couldn't see it. the fridge just sat in the corner of the room and it was unsightly. the plastic shower head felt cheap.

Fantastic Getaway!

I celebrated my anniversary in Suite 2! It was super clean. Quality bedding and fluffy towels were definitely a plus. I really liked the keypad entry system for both the main door and the suite. It felt very secure and convenient. Plus, the communication with the staff via the message service was great. They answered quickly!
The car park was a little walk from the hotel. I was a little nervous about leaving my car where I couldn't see it, though it was safe!

A full breakfast can be ordered! You go across the street to enjoy it. It includes a wide selection of cereals and fruit. juices, tea, and coffee. The hot breakfast portion is very substantial.

Really good stay!

The Cat Bells Suite, located on the top floor, provided a great lake view. It was quiet despite the proximity to shops and restaurants. I collected a parking permit upon arrival. This allowed me to park a 4-5 minute walk away. Everyone I spoke to was VERY helpful, a good point.
The breakfast was served across the road in another pub.
